For Buyers

How do I place an order?

  • Browse products from the Marketplace.
  • Select the product you want.
  • Click “Add to Cart”.
  • Proceed to Checkout.
  • Choose your preferred payment method.
  • Confirm your order.

You will receive an order confirmation after successful checkout.

What payment methods are available?

We support:

  • eSewa
  • Khalti
  • Bank Transfer
  • Debit / Credit Cards
  • Cash on Delivery (selected products only)

Available payment options may vary depending on product or location.

How can I track my order?

  • Go to My Account.
  • Click on Orders.
  • View your current order status.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
  • If the product is already delivered, please check the return policy.

For Sellers

How do I become a seller?

  • Create an account on OnlineByapar.
  • Go to My Account.
  • Register as a seller.
  • Submit required business details.
  • Start listing products after approval.

When do sellers receive payment?

  • Payment is released after delivery confirmation.
  • Settlement is processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Payouts are made to verified bank accounts only.

Who handles shipping?

  • Sellers are responsible for dispatching products.
  • Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location.

For Affiliates

How do I join the Affiliate Program?

  • Register an account.
  • Apply for affiliate access.
  • Get your unique referral link.
  • Share the link and earn commission on successful purchases.

When do affiliates get paid?

  • Payouts are processed monthly.
  • Minimum payout threshold applies.
  • Only delivered and non-returned orders qualify.

Why was my commission not approved?

Commission will not be paid for:

  • Cancelled orders
  • Returned products
  • Fraudulent traffic
  • Self-purchases using affiliate links
  • Policy violations

Refer & Earn

How does Refer & Earn work?

  • Share your referral code.
  • Your friend registers.
  • They make a purchase.
  • Rewards are credited after successful delivery.

Please note:

  • Self-referrals are not allowed.
  • Fake or duplicate accounts will be disqualified.
  • Rewards may have a validity period.

Account & Security

How do I reset my password?

  • Click “Forgot Password” on the login page.
  • Follow the instructions sent to your email.

Is my payment information secure?

  • Payments are processed through secure gateways.
  • OnlineByapar does not store full card details.
  • Sensitive information is protected using industry-standard security measures.
